UBRED Scholarship Award
Awarded annually starting in 2023, this dedicated scholarship is for an incoming full-time student who will be pursuing an MSRED (Masters in Real Estate Development) at the University at Buffalo. In the sum of $3,000, the award represents the generosity of the Upstate Chapter of CREDA (formally known as NAIOP), and the dedication of its members to the education of the future leaders of the real estate development industry. The WNY CREDA Scholar will be named each spring or summer for the next academic year.
